Shipping policy

The delivery of your purchase is a value added service that we, as company, arrange to help simplify the pool care process for our clients.

The deliveries are however done by a third party and we will not be held liable for any problem/damage/inconvenience caused by the delivery process.

Deliveries will be done as soon as possible but since it is beyond our control we cannot directly influence the delivery date. Every effort will be made to insure delivery within 4 (four) work days.

Customers will receive the waybill number, and a link for “Package Tracking” used by our delivery service.
